  This was the second wedding our family has planned with Priti! She planned my sister’s wedding 13 years ago, and choosing her again was one of the best decisions we made. I genuinely don’t know what we would’ve done without her. She strikes the perfect balance between bringing your dream as the bride to life and grounding every decision with real industry expertise. She knows what works, what doesn’t, what’s worth the cost, and where you can save without compromising the vision. Planning an Indian wedding means navigating multiple opinions and expectations, and Priti handled it with ease. She has a calm, balanced approach and knows how to guide everyone toward the same beautiful outcome. She took so much off my plate.   It was such a wonderful experience working with Dhruvi. It was a collaboration in true sense, she was honest and transparent in her approach. She personally scouted all locations for my proposal to make sure I can put my eyes on the location first hand. She coordinated with the decorators and photographers so that I don’t have to and took the lead in managing and planning the whole event with me. There was always flexibility in terms of accommodating any and all of my ideas/requests, and making sure it can be implemented in a way that works best for me. She really treated this event as her own and it couldn’t have been such a magical night it was without Dhruvi!!!🩷

  Priti was the wedding planner for my wedding in September. First of all, Priti is so sweet, personable, and organized. I found she met and exceeded all of my expectations. I wanted a South Indian Hindu ceremony and reception, and she was with me every step of the way to ensure my wedding was everything I hoped and dreamed. Every guest who attended remarked on how organized the event was, and I have to say I cannot imagine planning this day without Priti. She had excellent connections with our vendors and helped in securing deals we would not have had otherwise. It was also important to me I had a planner who was kind to my guests, and Priti was nothing but incredibly kind to everyone. I'd also like to say that over time, I feel Priti became my friend and advocate. I felt so comfortable with her. This is rare in a planner, and I believe made her stand out even more. For anyone on the fence, I highly recommend using Priti Sweet Weddings and opting for the full plan where she can be involved every step of the way to ensure your day is a success!

  Earlier this month, in September 2025, my youngest daughter got married. Last year, in 2024, my daughter and I reached out to Priti for help with our wedding planning. We were looking for a planner who could manage the entire process from start to finish, help us find the best vendors, and guide us in making the right decisions along the way. Priti checked all those boxes. She brought us fantastic ideas and alternative options whenever necessary. Her relationships with each vendor were exceptional, and she made sure to allow us to make the final decisions while offering valuable input when needed. It was important to us that we worked with someone who wouldn’t push their own views but would instead collaborate with us, and Priti did just that. We had a South Indian wedding, and Priti's experience with the traditions and rituals was evident throughout the planning. The wedding itself was a success, with many guests commenting on how flawlessly each event was executed. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Priti’s planning services and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

  I was extremely fortunate to have hired Dhruvi Shah of Priti Sweet Weddings after getting bad experience of another Chicago area wedding planner. The other wedding planner, who came with good references, but they were false. I had to terminate her very close to the event and hire Dhruvi. Dhruvi was amazing. She worked like it was her own event. Congratulations to Dhruvi for a job very well done for the reception of our son. She was very thorough, well organized, and determined to make it a WOW event and she delivered. She was punctual and excellent coordinator with various vendors, always keeping our interest in mind. I would only hire Dhruvi for our future events.
