We were looking for a new VW for my mom and found a car she liked at a dealership in Wilkes-Barre. We were about to call them when we spoke with Jared DelValle, who had the same car in stock. He went to work and called us back with a number that was much better than the other dealership. Jared sent over the credit link, got the approval, and had the car cleaned and ready. The paperwork was all set when we arrived. Pete Sapienza, the Finance Manager, made my mom feel comfortable; we signed, and that was it.
